UNDERSTAND THE EVIDENCE

Read a documented feature differently from a trial result.

A provider’s public documentation can establish that a function is offered, subject to its stated plan and conditions. It does not establish that the function has been tested successfully with your property, channel account or team. Our guides keep those two kinds of evidence separate.

Evaluation scripts describe what a reader can ask to see. They are not reports of tests conducted by Nest Atlas. Where a calculation uses hypothetical inputs, the example identifies them and explains its scope. Replace those inputs with your own quote and operating assumptions before using the result for a purchase decision.

Illustrations and examples

Property images on this site are generated editorial illustrations. They show the kinds of spaces involved in short-term rental operations; they do not represent accommodation offered for booking, customers of the featured providers or properties tested by our editorial team.

Interface demonstrations and example charts should be read using their accompanying labels. A decorative scene cannot establish a software capability, and an illustrative booking value is not a revenue forecast. Official product links and your own approved trial provide the next steps for verification.

Dates describe different work

A source-check date identifies the research behind a factual statement. An expansion date can identify new explanation or evaluation exercises added afterward. Updating practical guidance does not mean every external commercial condition was rechecked on that later day.

For a current purchase, revisit the linked plan and help pages and retain your written offer. If public sources disagree, ask the provider to resolve the discrepancy for your account rather than combining incompatible details into an assumed package.
